Recipe Ingredients for All Bran Muffins

1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. All Bran cereal
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. vegetable oil or shortening

Recipe Directions for All Bran Muffins

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and set aside.

  2. Place cereal milk in mixing bowl, stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes until cereal is softened.

  3. Add eggs and oil. Beat well.

  4. Add sifted dry ingredients to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined.

  5. Pour into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin pan cups.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or less.
