Traditional All Bran muffins with a couple of healthier twists.

Recipe Ingredients for All-Bran muffins w/raisins

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups All-Bran cereal
1 1/4 cup soy milk
1 egg
1/4 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for All-Bran muffins w/raisins

  1. Mix All-bran cereal and soy milk (or regular milk) and let sit for about 5 minutes to expand

  2. Mix in other ingredients

  3. Place in 12 muffin tins and bake @ 400 for about 20 minutes
