Recipe Ingredients for all bran muffins 3 g fiber no sugar/oil,

3 cups all-bran cereal
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 tbsp nutmeg
1 2/3 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp sesame seeds or other

Recipe Directions for all bran muffins 3 g fiber no sugar/oil,

  1. Pour water (or very warm fruit juice, coffee) over cereal and let stand.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients

  3. Add softened cereal.

  4. put batter in muffin form NOT IN PAPER CUPS but coat with oil with brush. fill up to top.

  5. 375 degrees F for 20 minutes until toothpick in a center muffin comes out clean
