A quick and yummy stirfry thrown together from what was available!

Recipe Ingredients for Ali's Stirfry

1 tbsp Olive oil
10 oz. Tofu
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 1/2 cup red pepper
1 carrot
1/4 large white onion
150 g. uncooked rice
1 tsp. red pepper (paste)

Recipe Directions for Ali's Stirfry

  1. Pan fry tofu in 1 Tbsp of oil.

  2. Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, and 3 Tbsp of water in a separate bowl. Add mixture to pan with tofu once the texture starts searing. Remove tofu once the majority of the sauce is absorbed by the tofu.

  3. Stir fry the carrot onion and chopped frozen peppers in the pan with red pepper paste. Add Tofu back to pan once veggies are tender.

  4. Serve over rice.
