2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 tsp rosemary, chopped
1 tsp sage
3 cups chard
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 small leek, diced
4 cups tomatoes, fresh canned
2 cups butternut squash

  1. prepare beans

  2. heat olice oil in pan

  3. add onion and celery

  4. add rosemary, sage, garlic and salt cook 15 minutes

  5. add water bring to a boil

  6. when boiling add leek

  7. cook five minutes

  8. add chard and tomatoes

  9. cook 5 minutes
