Recipe Ingredients for Alice Mae's tilapia Salad

6 ounce tilapia
2 cup spinach
1 large egg
3 ounce diced tomatoe
3 ounce diced purple onion
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Alice Mae's tilapia Salad

  1. Boil: (1 large) egg while preparing the other ingredients.

  2. Mix: (1 tsp.) of lemon, lime and pepper together. Add it on all sides of the fish.

  3. Broil on low: (6-ounce) tilapia

  4. Fish. Timing depends on the thickness of the fish. Watch and flip a couple times until done.

  5. Wash (2 cups) fresh spinach. Pat dry. Lay on a plate.

  6. Dice: (3-ounce)tomatoe, (3-ounce) purple onion (1 large) already boil egg. Lay in a circular direction on the spinach.

  7. Tilapia: When fish is done add it to the middle of the salad.

  8. Mix: (1 tsp.) of lemon, lime and pepper together. Distribute across the fish and salad for mild flavor.
