All veggies and sage sausage with a v-8 juice base

Recipe Ingredients for Alice Erickson's Minestrone Soup

92 oz. tomato juice
8 c. water
10 beef bouillon cubes
8 t. dried onions
2 t. Italian seasonings
1 lb. ground sausage
4 c. frozen green beans
2 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. celery
2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 c. frozen corn
30 1/2 oz. kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Alice Erickson's Minestrone Soup

Brown sausage and drain. Combine first 5 ingredients. Add sausage and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add all but corn and kidney beans. Simmer till veggies are soft, then add remaining 2. Serves 24 +
