Recipe Ingredients for Alfredo Sauce

12 oz. soft tofu, drained
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 oz. Romano cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Alfredo Sauce

  1. Place the drained tofu, garlic, both cheeses, olive oil, and onion powder into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour soy mixture into a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
