Recipe Ingredients for Alfredo Sauce Low-Fat

1 tbsp land o lakes light butter
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1 1/4 c nonfat milk
2 tbsp flour
1 pinch salt
1 pepper to taste
3 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Alfredo Sauce Low-Fat

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic.

  2. Stir flour into cold milk. Add milk and half 'n half to saucepan.

  3. Add salt & pepper. Bring to a low boil.

  4. Turn off heat.

  5. Stir in parmesan.

  6. Serve over pasta.
