Alfredo pasta with broccoli and fat free cream cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Alfredo

12 oz of raw pasta
8 oz of fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of cheddar
2 cups of broccoli
1 clove of garlic

Recipe Directions for Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta (follow package direction).

  2. Steam broccoli (do not overcook).

  3. In a sauce pan, melt butter and add garlic, then add the milk and the cream cheese. Simmer until the cream cheese is completed melted and then add the cheddar and parmesan.

  4. Add broccoli to sauce.

  5. Add sauce to the pasta and serve right away.
