Polenta / cream of wehat mix served with homemade plum sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Alex's sweet polenta with plumsauce

80 g cream of wheat
80 g polenta
1/2 l skim milk
1/16 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp margarine
100 g plums
4 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 l water

Recipe Directions for Alex's sweet polenta with plumsauce

  1. bring milk to a boil, add salt, add polenta and cream of wheat, take off burner and stir, set aside.

  2. Destone plums, dice, put in a small pot and add water, bring to a boil. Add sugar and sweetener, let simmer for a while.

  3. Melt margarine in a pan at medium heat, add polenta mix and slowly fry for 15 minutes, stir occasionally until small bits of polenta form.
