My favorite granola recipe based on Alton Brown's granola recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Alex's Granola

4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup, slivered Almonds
1 cup, chopped Pecans
0.375 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
6 tbsp Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 fl oz Water

Recipe Directions for Alex's Granola

Put oats, almonds, and pecans in a large bowl. Add brown sugar and mix thoroughly. In a small bowl or cup, whisk together maple syrup, oil, and water. Pour over dry ingredients and mix together until all dry ingredients are coated. Spread granola evenly onto 2 baking sheets and bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing a glass or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid.
