2 Medium Tomatoes
1 tbsp Salt, Table
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Chipotle Sauce
2 clove Garlic
32 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef

Recipe Directions for albondigas

Prepare meat balls by mixing ground beef with rice, mint, 1 teaspoon of table salt, two whole eggs, and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion in a bowl. Prepare broth by blending tomatoes, chipotle sauce, tablespoon of onion, 1 teaspoon of table salt, and two cups of water. Boil meatballs and broth in pot, add water if needed.
