Like bagels and lox, but much better for you. Great filling breakfast on the go.

Recipe Ingredients for Alaskan McMuffin

1 English Muffins, Whole-wheat, Toasted
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Cream Cheese, whipped
1 tsp capers, chopped
1 tsp Dill Weed
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
5 grams Cucumber, sliced
1 oz lox
5 grams tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions for Alaskan McMuffin

  1. Toast english muffin.

  2. Sprinkle lemon juice over both halves.

  3. Spread cream cheese evenly over halves. Distribute capers evenly over one half.

  4. Sprinkle both halves with dill, garlic salt, and pepper.

  5. Arrange sliced cucumber over one half. Top with lox.

  6. Arrange tomato slice, or slices, over other half.

  7. Put halves together and enjoy or tightly wrap in plastic wrap to take with you.
