1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Combine milk, egg and oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups or lightly oiled muffin tins.
