Recipe Ingredients for Al O's Sauteed Tomatoes

4 plum tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp chopped shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Al O's Sauteed Tomatoes

  1. Dice tomatoes

  2. Heat Olive Oil in a pan

  3. Add Garlic & Shallots to pan, cook for a minute or two

  4. Add tomatoes to pan, cook for about 3-5 minutes

  5. Add red wine

  6. Add salt

  7. Simmer for another 5-8 minutes

  8. Serve over pasta, chicken or fish
