Recipe Ingredients for Al O's Pancakes & Waffles

2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp canola oil
2 eggs
1 cups skim milk
1 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Al O's Pancakes & Waffles

  1. Powderize dry oatmeal

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Add eggs, milk, vanilla & canola

  4. Cook pancakes on griddle, or waffles in waffle iron
