Any frozen fruit can be used in this nutritious, and filling meal. The flax seed can be ground with a mortar and pestle, if available. A packet or two of Splenda can be added for a bit more sweetness.

Recipe Ingredients for AJ's Breakfast Smoothie

2 oz Iso-Soy Soy Protein/Isoflavone Concentrated Powder
1 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
2 oz Bran Flakes
1 tbsp Golden Flax Seeds
1/4 oz Organic Safflower Oil - Cold Pressed

Recipe Directions for AJ's Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients to blender starting with yogurt. Add 1/2 to 1 cup water as needed to attain desired consistency.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
