Recipe Ingredients for Aji de Lentejas

1 1/4 cup lentils
40 g bacon
1/2 lb beef
1 potato, large
1 onion, large
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
6 g beef dry
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Aji de Lentejas

  1. Remojar las lentejas por lo menos ocho horas. Escurrir y lavar con agua fría.

  2. Freír la cebolla cortada chica, el ají cortadito y el ajo.

  3. Freír la panceta y el chorizo y agregue a la olla

  4. Pelar y cortar las papas en cubos chicos y agregar a la olla

  5. Agregar la pasta de tomate, el vinagre, las lentejas, sal pimienta, el cubo de caldo y suficiente agua para cubrir todo.

  6. Hervir a fuego muy lento hasta que las papas estén al diente 25 a 30 minutos
