Recipe Ingredients for Aji de Gallina

2 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 serving French Baguette
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 serving Evaporated Milk
1 large Onions
2 tbsp Aji Amarillo
0.25 cup Garlic
490 grams Yukon Gold Potatoes
840 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Aji de Gallina

  1. 1. boil chicken breast and potatoes aside

  2. 2. in the chicken water, soak cup 1/2 bagette

  3. 3. pull chicken into small strips and peel potatoes

  4. 4.in oil cook onions, garlic, add turmeric and aji

  5. 5. blend bread with water

  6. 6. blend onion mixture adding the milk and when smooth adding the bread mixture

  7. 7. warm up in a pot and add chicken and cheese, mix

  8. 8. serve over 1 small potato and 1/2 rice
