Aioli with fat free mayo as a dip for artichoke

Recipe Ingredients for Aioli

1 cup fat free mayo
16 cloves garlic
1 tbsp walnut oil
2 T lemon juice
2 T balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Aioli

Roast garlic, cool and mash. Add to mayo with lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients and let chill for 30 mins before serving.
