Light and delicious!!! Add 2 Tbsp of Kraft light Asian toasted sesame dressing to each portion (60kcal/serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Ahi Tuna Salad

4 cups lettuce
1/2 avocado, cubed
1 cup mango, sliced
1/4 red onion, chopped
8 ounces fresh tuna

Recipe Directions for Ahi Tuna Salad

  1. Divide lettuce onto 2 plates. Divide mango, avocado, onion between 2 servings.

  2. Coat pan with fat free cooking spray. Sear tuna on high heat 30 seconds each side for medium rare. Longer to cook to higher temperature.

  3. Drizzle with dressing

  4. Enjoy!
