Chanterelles Mushrooms, Spinach Ahi Baked Ahi on a bed of spinach Topped with chanterelles mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for AHI with chanterelles, on a bed of spinach

9 2/5 oz mushrooms
1/3 c onion
2 tablespoons coconut oil
12 oz. tuna
4 c spinach
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c wine

Recipe Directions for AHI with chanterelles, on a bed of spinach

  1. Spray coat saute' pan add coconut oil add garlic to heated pan, onion, then mushrooms, cook and finish with the wine. Cook until all alcohol is gone. Top AHI.

  2. 12 oz. tuna AHI, places in oven to bake at 350

  3. 4 c spinach Toss with fresh water and place in covered baking dish in oven with AHI
