Sweet and sour, crispy and soft. Perfectly balanced.

Recipe Ingredients for Aggie Lemon Bars

1 c butter
2 1/4 c flour, divided
1/2 c powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/3 c lemon juice
1/2 t. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Aggie Lemon Bars

  1. Mix 2 of the cups of flour with the butter and powdered sugar. Press into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 25-20 min.

  2. Mix sugar, eggs, and lemon juice. Add 1/4 c flour and baking powder. Mix and pour on top of baked crust. Bake at 350 for 25-30 more min. Top with extra powdered sugar (not included in nutritional analysis).
