12 ounce tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onions
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

Recipe Directions for Agedashi

  1. Fry tofu

  2. add 2 cups of water with hoisin sauce

  3. place rice in bottom of bowl

  4. add tofu, sprinkle with green onions

  5. pour broth over entire meal
