1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in slower cooker. Cover cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours. Serve over couscous.
