This is a variation on a few diff recipes I have read. Makes 4/10 oz cups.

Recipe Ingredients for African Peanut Stew Variation

5 cup, chopped Kale
6 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
188 4/5 grams Sweetpotato
1.75 clove Garlic
120 grams Vidalia Onion
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Pure Raw Honey
1 serving Coconut Milk
2 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
14.5 oz Tomatoes
2 tsp Ginger Root
8.4 g Cumin Powder

Recipe Directions for African Peanut Stew Variation

Add olive oil to pot and cumin then add onions and saute til soft then add minced garlic and saute another minute. Then add sweet potato, ginger, broth and rotel. Cover and simmer for 20 min. Add kale peanut butter, coconut milk and simmer another 20 to 30 min or until kale is not tough anymore. Add cayenne to taste.
