Recipe Ingredients for Adobo-marinated Pork Tenderloin

1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lb pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Adobo-marinated Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a baking dish. Trim fat from pork. Place pork in dish, turning to coat; cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, turning pork occasionally.

  2. Prepare grill.

  3. Remove pork from dish, discard marinade. Grill 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160 degrees.
