Adobo. Not made the traditional way. Faster and easier, but in no way as good.

Recipe Ingredients for Adobo - made with chicken tenderloins

1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Adobo - made with chicken tenderloins

  1. Combine vinegar, water, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until salt is dissolved.

  2. Put on medium/high heat on stove. Add chicken. Make sure mixture is coated over both sides of chicken.

  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover for 3 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.

  5. Watch so that chicken does not get dry.
