Adobo seasoned chicken and vegetables sauteed in Sesame Oil

Recipe Ingredients for Adobo Chicken and Vegetables

8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Yellow Squash
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 serving VIGO ADOBO WITH CUMIN
3 tbsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Adobo Chicken and Vegetables

Season cubed chicken in Adobo Spice (I make my own) saute in Sesame Oil saute until chicken is no longer pink. Add cubed vegetables and continue to saute until vegetables are to desired tenderness. Can be served with rice or pasta.
