2 slices of granary bread
2 tsp olive oil spread
1 tsp mustard
250 g mushrooms
15 g peppadew mild
32 g cream cheese light

Recipe Directions for Ade's Tangy Cheesy Mushrooms on Toast

  1. Slice the mushrooms and peppadew peppers and cook in a saucepan with about two tablespoons of water (to steam)

  2. Toast the bread.

  3. Add the cream cheese and mustard to the mushrooms and continuously stir.

  4. Once the toast is cooked, spread the margarine and place the mushrooms on top.
