Recipe Ingredients for Ade's Scrambled Eggs and Mushrooms on Toast

2 slices of white bread
2 tsp margarine
2 large eggs
2 field mushrooms
1 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Ade's Scrambled Eggs and Mushrooms on Toast

  1. Heat a small frying pan without oil.

  2. Slice the flat mushrooms into slices and microwave with a teaspoon of olive oil for 90 seconds

  3. Scramble the eggs with a splash of milk or water, herbs and crushed garlic.

  4. Cook the scrambled egg and mushrooms mixture in a frying pan (no oil required) and put the toast on at the same time.

  5. Spread 1 tsp of margarine on each slice of toast and then put the scrambled eggs on top.
