8 ounce tempeh
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 scallions, sliced thinly
1/2 cup celery, including leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steam the tempeh lightly for about 25 minutes. Chop into chunks and put into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate and serve when chilled.
