Recipe Ingredients for Ada's One-Pan Bulgur Medley

1.25 cup Bulgur Wheat
15 oz Stewed - Original Recipe
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 oz Mushrooms
1 medium raw Carrots
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Ada's One-Pan Bulgur Medley

Saute onions,. mushrooms, and carrots for 5-6 minutes. add bulgur wheat and toast in fry pan. add broth, water, and stewed tomatoes (incl liquid from can). Bring to boil, then lower heat, cover, and simmer until liquid is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes)
