Recipe Ingredients for Adam's Green Chicken Soup

2 quarts chicken broth, homemade
1 oz. chicken breast, pulled
1 oz. chicken thigh, pulled
2 carrots, medium
1/4 yellow onion
2 cups green cabbage, chopped
1 1/2 cups green peas, cooked
2 tbsp. kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Adam's Green Chicken Soup

  1. Place leavings of 1 rotisserie chicken, including skin, into a pot with 3 quarts of water. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, then lower to simmer for 3-4 hours, until broth is reduced to about 2 quarts.

  2. Add vegetables and chicken while simmering.

  3. Add herbs to season.
