Mixture for making lentil and rice pancakes or adai

Recipe Ingredients for adai

1/2 cup bulgur
1/2 cup red river
1/2 cup green lentils
2 tsp chilli powder

Recipe Directions for adai

Place each ingredient separately in a blender or grinder until each one is a fine powder. Mix all together and store in an airtight jar. when ready to prepare, take desired amount and mix with water until a pancake batter consistency is reached. heat a non-stick skillet, cook like a pancake.
