Which activities burn around 300 calories in 30 minutes?

I am female, 5'2", 154 lbs. I am average build and mostly sedentary during the day. I am able to create a 200 calorie deficit through my diet, but I would like to see that number be closer to 500.
Many vigorous activities burn around 300 calories in 30 minutes (when performed by a 150 pound reference person). They include moderate rope jumping and using the elliptical trainer, competition racquetball, martial arts like karate and kick boxing, and vigorous rowing, cross country skiing and swimming laps.
