1 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 lb italian sausage
2 acorn squash

Recipe Directions for Acorn squash with sausage stuffing

  1. bake seeded squash for about 45 min at 350 degrees till tender.

  2. Brown sausage in pan

  3. Cool squash

  4. Coat interior of squash with brown sugar leaving about 1/4 cup for later.

  5. Add sausage to squash cavity

  6. Coat top with reserved brown sugar

  7. Bake for additional 15 min.
