Acorn Squash Recipe

Baked acorn squash stuffed with chopped apples.

Recipe Ingredients for Acorn Squash

1 acorn squash
2 T butter, melted
1/2 t lemon juice
1/4 t cinnamon
2 T brown sugar, packed
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
2 T chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Acorn Squash

  1. Bake squash in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove and cut in two.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients except pecans and fill squash halves. Return to oven and bake about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans.
