5 oz long grain rice
1 oz orzo
1/2 c green onion
3/4 c mushroom
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp promise light

Recipe Directions for Acme Rice & Orzo

  1. cook rice and orzo 20-25 mins, drain

  2. meanwhile saute sliced mushrooms, green peppers,

  3. and green onions 5-7 mins.

  4. add rice pilaf to saute pan

  5. servde hot
