Recipe Ingredients for Absolute Fitness - Whole grain pasta in white in white wine sauce

5 oz Plus Farfalle
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cup Parsley
2 clove Garlic
6 oz Wine
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
4 wedge or slice (1/8 of one 2-1/8" dia lemon) Lemons
1 oz Almonds Slivered
1/4 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Absolute Fitness - Whole grain pasta in white in white wine sauce

  1. Boil Pasta for 10-11 minutes, remove and strain.

  2. Chop tomatoes, basil and parsley to a similar side, put aside

  3. Mince garlic

  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and saute garlic until golden.

  5. Add wine, lemon, salt, pepper, italian seasonings, tomato parsley and pasta.

  6. Fold together in pan, garnish with fresh basil and parsley.

  7. Enjoy! Don't forget to chew your food ;)
