3 medium raw Yellow Plantains
2 oz Mexican, Queso Anejo Cheese
2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for aborrajados

Cut plantains in fourths, flatten each pieces, cover with a little flour, place cheese in the middle cover with other plantain piece. squeeze together and cover in egg and fried them until brown
