Koosa ablama- with each zuchinni cut in half

Recipe Ingredients for Ablama- small

3 zuchinni
4 oz ground turkey 93% lean
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp margarine
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Ablama- small

  1. cut zuchinni in half lengthwise

  2. core out center of zuchinni

  3. brown ground turkey with salt and pepper

  4. stuff zuchinni with ground meat

  5. sautee zuchinni on stove top with oil

  6. place in pan with butter and 1/4 cup water

  7. bake covered for 30 minutes

  8. squeeze lemon juice and eat
