Yummy almost guilt free recipe that is a Fall favorite at my house.

Recipe Ingredients for ABC Pumpkin Muffins

3 5/8 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 tablespoons baking powder
3/8 tablespoon salt
5/8 tablespoon cinnamon
5/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 cup canola oil
2 cups pumpkin, canned
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for ABC Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients until moistened and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
