12 oz Elbow Macaroni
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
3 cloves Garlic
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 tbsp Butter
226 2/5 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Abby's Casserole

  1. Cook macaroni as directed.

  2. Mince garlic and add it to the meat along with other spices (to taste). Once pasta is al dente, add butter and milk.

  3. Take a casserole dish and add half of macaroni followed by corn and peas, then meat and cheese in that order. Level twice. Bake at 350 for 30min or until the cheese on top is golden brown.
