Very flavorful and so much healthier then processed food. My son loves chicken tenders, and this was the alternative we found for the processed ones.

Recipe Ingredients for Aadyn's Chicken Tenders

1 pound chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Aadyn's Chicken Tenders

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Rinse chicken tenders and pat dry with paper towel.

  3. Place egg whites in a shallow bowl.

  4. Mix bread crumbs, wheat germ, and parmesan cheese in a seperate shallow bowl.

  5. Dredge chicken in egg whites, then in bread crumb mixture.

  6. Place on a greased backing sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done.
