Easy stirfry with yummy ribs in A1-inspired asian sauce!

Recipe Ingredients for A1 Ribs Stirfry

3 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
6 tsp rice wine
2 serving Steak Sauce
6 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
9 tsp water
3 tsp cornstarch
1/2 onion
6 oz Korean Radish (Moo)
2 carrots
1/2 lb beef back ribs
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for A1 Ribs Stirfry

  1. Mix rice wine, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tsp soy sauce together

  2. Mix A1 sauce, 6 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, water and starch together

  3. Marinate ribs in sauce 1 for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

  4. Cut up onions, radish and carrots.

  5. Fry ribs in 2 tbsp of oil on high heat, take it out of the pot.

  6. Add in the veggies, fry until onions brown/yellow.

  7. Add the ribs back in the pot, then put in sauce 2.

  8. Fry until sauce 2 thickens.
