Low calorie whole wheat pizza dough

Recipe Ingredients for 86 Calorie Pizza Dough

6 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 serving Olive Oil
7 grams RapidRise Yeast
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for 86 Calorie Pizza Dough

  1. Place water in bowl. Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl.

  3. Add water and yeast, oil and lemon juice and mix until dough forms a ball.

  4. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise about 1 hour.

  5. Knead on well-floured surface.

  6. Will make shells for two large pizzas.
