Recipe Ingredients for 8-slice Turkey Meatloaf

20 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
2 large Egg, Whole
0.857 slice 100% Whole Wheat Thin Sliced Bread
1.5 onion Yellow Onion
1 serving Seasoning
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp EZ Squirt Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for 8-slice Turkey Meatloaf

  1. (Note: Use toasted or stale bread.)

  2. Mix all ingredients together except for the sliced onions and ketchup in a bowl to make meatloaf mixture. Line ungreased ceramic/metal pan with onion slices. Pat meatloaf mix over onion to form loaf. Cover the top of the loaf with the ketchup. Place in a 350F oven for about an 1.5 hours until thoroughly cooked, use thermometer for more accurate cooking.
