Quick & easy home-made pasta! No rolling, No drying, No boiling. Just mix, cook, & cut! :-)

Recipe Ingredients for 8-Minute Home-Made Pasta Noodles...

1 cup flour or whole grain flour (whatever you wish)
1 cup water
3 eggs or better-n-eggs or eggbeaters, etc.
1/2 tsp salt or whatever other seasoning you may like.

Recipe Directions for 8-Minute Home-Made Pasta Noodles...

  1. Mix eggs, "ICE-COLD" water, & salt.

  2. Mix in flour until smooth.

  3. Spray a non-stick pan with some cooking spray

  4. Pour mix on to cover the whole bottom of the pan,

  5. this will make a large crepe. Flip before the bottom

  6. browns & remove before the other side browns.

  7. Set on a cutting board and use a pizza cutter

  8. (the wheel kind) to cut the crepe into thin strips while

  9. you have another one fresh in the pan.

  10. You now have some very filling home-made pasta. This

  11. is my manicotti shell recipe, but I've found it to be great

  12. whenever you want some really filling noodles in any

  13. occasion or other recipe. Store with thin sauce, the

  14. noodles will suck up the moisture and turn it THICK by

  15. the next morning for sure. If you're making this for

  16. dinner, be sure not to serve as much as you normally

  17. would as it is VERY filling!

  18. I serve with tomato sauce over these.

  19. CooL? yes I know... ~Anthony~
